Team
It is our belief that the whole of anything is much greater than the sum of its parts. It is for this reason that we strive to build a baseball team, rather than a collection of talented individuals.

Comprehensive training programs with paid professional trainers designed to enhance skill, fitness, and game understanding for athletes at all levels.

Goal: Relationships with teammates who play together and understand the importance of depending on each other. Our goal is to cultivate a fun and educational atmosphere for skill development, imparting essential life skills that accompany sports participation and supporting athletes throughout their journey.
Welcome to the Elite Eagles
The Eagles Baseball organization is about welcoming athletes and families who can help mold the youth of our community in developing the qualities of leadership, teamwork, discipline, and standards. Eagles baseball is about giving athletes an avenue to be challenged, build character and develop them to become more than just a baseball player. Players will build relationships with teammates who play together and understand the importance of each other and not just depend on there own. The coaches of the Eagles organization are willing to help grow the individual athlete to reach goals and develop the characteristics to improve there level of play. We want our athletes to develop through practices over playing just games. Games are important and have to be played although, we want to build a strong foundation through practices so the athlete is confidente playing games and is putting what he practice to understand the game situations. We want to make developing part a fun and learning environment to teach theses athletes many critical life skills that come in playing sports but to help them throughout there process. Through competition, we look to inspire our althetes to enhance their physical, mental, social, and interpersonal skills. To achieve this mission, we must have the interest and development of our children at heart. Our primary focus is on helping players develop as a person, teammate, and baseball player. Team records and other accolades are secondary. By delivering on these principles, we look to attract player and volunteer participation, with the goal of keeping them coming back year after year.
